How to make reservation?

Online booking

• Step 1 - Searching accommodaton – Enter the dates and the number of person in the search window on the homepage. In the results window, choose the accommodation that best suits your needs (see details about accommodation in the description link and check total price on the right side) and than simply click \'Select\'.
• Step 2 – Make reservation - Enter personal details, read the Terms and Conditions and click Book now. After that, you will be asked to leave your credit card details for deposit:
  1. If you leave credit card details note that we charge only in situation of no-show or if you cancel the reservation. Total amount you will pay in accommodation. See more about Payment .
  2. If you close credit card payment page anyway you successfully did the reservation, but without proceeding credit card details. Deposit payment (if requested) you can pay by bank and all details will be described in the Confirmation Reservation that you will receive by next email.
• Step 3 – Voucher - Check your email! You will receive Confirmation of the Reservation automatically and later on - Voucher.

During the day you will receive a Voucher which fully confirms the reservation. The Voucher is your confirmation of reservation. In the Voucher the address of the accommodation and the host\'s contact details will be stated.

Sending inquiry

If you have some specific inquiry, you can send us an inquiry with the description on booking@pekas.info and we will do our best to offer you appropriate service.

• Step 1 – Send the inquiry for the accommodation unit that you have chosen. 
• Step 2 – Please allow us a few hours to check availability with the owner. Than, we will send you a Quote with total price, or if chosen accommodation is not available, we will send you an alternative.
• Step 3 - In the Quote (offer), if you agree, you can click \'I accept\' button. Read the Terms and Conditions and then click \'I accept\' again. Proceed with the payment by bank if requested:
  1. No payment needed - just click on "I accept" button and soon we will send youo a Voucher. Total amount you will pay on arrival to the accommodation.
  2. Bank payment requested - Proceed with the payment as described in the Quote and send us scanned confirmation by email on: booking@pekas.info.
• Step 4 - After we receive your payment we will send you the Voucher with the address of the accommodation and the host\'s contact details. This Voucher is your final confirmation of the payment and reservation.
